Sweepstake Rules & Policies

Participants must record a video of themselves responding to the “Dare of the Week” and must upload their response video to their Sparkze profile
Email the video response link to info@sparkze.app to be considered in the sweepstakes
A bonus entry is applied when it is shared with your other public social media channels. Limited to Instagram and Tik Tok only. You must tag our Instagram or Tik Tok

The giveaway starts on 4/2/2022 @ 12:00 PM PST and ends 4/9/2022 @ 12:00 PM PST. Entries after 4/9/2022 @ 12:00 PM PST will not be considered
The winner will receive $250 as a prepaid credit card via email
The winner will be selected at random using an entrant randomizing tool on 4/9/2022
The winner will be announced on 4/11/2022 on the weekly Sparkze Monday email
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the sweepstake winner announcement
Must be 18+ years or older
Must live in the US
Bonus entries can include in-feed posts, reels, and/or stories
Bonus entries must tag our Instagram or TikTok to be considered
All entries including bonuses will be kept and recorded on a Sparkze private database. Your personal information will always stay private

Video submissions cannot contain watermarks from other social media platforms, video editing tools, etc.
Must have a Sparkze account with the necessary response video (currently on iOS only)
By entering, the winner provides Sparkze the right to share their winning response video to all marketing assets including Sparkze socials and email campaigns
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the sponsor who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. Entrants give Sparkze the right to use the winner’s name and likeness without compensation
By entering, participants attest to their eligibility and agree to release Sponsor liability should anything happen during or as a result of their acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize
